Buildable near the need.

Make is the surge program: design for volume by partner factories, additive manufacturing near the point of need, and rehearsed conversion playbooks for emergencies. A design that cannot be built at volume, quickly, near where it is needed, is only half a design.

The idea

Complexity in the innovation, not on the balance sheet.

Make exists because a brilliant design that only one specialized factory can build, slowly and far away, fails the people who need it most. The program's discipline is that everything we design must be buildable at volume by an ordinary partner factory, with ordinary tooling and locally sourceable parts, near the terrain that needs it.

This is the WeFight way applied to manufacturing: simple, single-purpose machines can be surge-produced; exquisite all-in-one machines cannot. So Make studies design-for-volume from the first sketch, additive manufacturing of spares near the point of need — a clinic's carrier should not wait a month for a bracket a printer two hours away could make overnight — and pre-written, physically rehearsed playbooks for converting willing civilian production lines to urgent needs.

The program holds our red line even in emergency. What surges is eyes, ears, carriers, monitors, and shelter-grade equipment — never weapons or payloads, whoever asks and however urgent. And it keeps us asset-light: we hold designs, tooling knowledge, and playbooks; partners hold the factories. Our complexity lives in the innovation, not on the balance sheet.

Inside the program

What Make is working on.

01

Design for volume

Engineering every platform so a competent partner factory can produce it with ordinary tooling and locally sourceable parts. Qualifying partner lines in the terrains where we sell, so production sits near demand and freight never becomes the price.

02

Additive manufacturing

Brackets, housings, jigs, and wear parts printed near the machines that need them. Spares published to certified service partners as a licence, not a chokehold — dependence on us for every screw is a business model we refuse.

03

Conversion playbooks

Pre-written, pre-tested, physically rehearsed plans for converting civilian lines to urgent unarmed production in an emergency. The playbook is a product: written, rehearsed, and kept warm on retainer.

04

Asset-light by principle

Holding designs, tooling knowledge, part files, and playbooks while partners hold factories and inventory — so a small company survives the long sales cycles of both its industries.

Now · ~1yr

What runs today

first volume-designed platforms with a partner factory; printed spares to certified service partners.

Next · 1–2yr

What comes next

conversion playbook rehearsed end-to-end with a partner line; more qualified factories near demand.

Later · a bet

A genuine research bet

surge capacity that can multiply production of unarmed platforms in weeks when an emergency demands it, across multiple terrains at once. We label this honestly as a bet, not a promise.

Where Make shows up

Designs that stay buildable when the world demands volume.

Make is how good designs reach the ground at scale. Manufacturers and production partners, this is your door.
